Comfortclosest Roofing connects homeowners who need a new roof with independent local contractors. If you replace roofs for a living, you may be a fit. Joining the network means receiving homeowner requests in your service area.

This is not employment. You stay independent. You run your own crew, set your own estimates and keep your own customers.

Who We Are Looking For

We want contractors who focus on roof replacement and new installs. Storm and hail damage work is welcome too, especially when it leads to a full replacement.

A good fit usually has:

• A valid contractor license where your state requires one.
• Current liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
• Experience with local conditions, such as snow load, freeze-thaw cycles and coastal wind.
• References from recent jobs.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us for clarity. Providers need to deliver it.

• Return homeowner contacts promptly.
• Give written estimates with a clear scope.
• Explain materials and options in plain language.
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare.
• Follow local permit and safety rules.
• Be honest about what a roof needs and what it does not.

We do not accept pressure tactics. A homeowner who feels rushed will not call back.
