Comfortclosest Roofing wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Comfortclosest Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@comfortclosest.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Disagree

If you are unhappy with our reply, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
